Cartoonist - Christine Legault

Growing up with a father in the air force and having lived all over the word most of my young life I was a very shy, quiet girl and drew constantly. I used drawing as a diversion and lived out many fantasies in my drawings. I drew and cartooned so much in fact that I never had enough paper, so I would tear out the blank back pages of books! Growing up in the 70's I read spider man, Archie comics, Peanuts, Mad magazine--and then later discovered Gary Larson, cartoonist of the Far Side. I now do cartoons and logos for websites and businesses. My comic strip, "The Crunchy Edge" is based on my childhood of having a yoga teacher/acupuncturist mother and a conservative, meat eating, anesthetist father.
